About me
I am an adult and child & adolescent psychiatrist, interested in helping people realize their full mental potential. I am interested in ADHD, Anxeity and mood disorders both in children and adults. I trained in general psychiatry at St Francis Medical Center Pittsburgh, PA part of UPMC, school of medicine University of Pittsburgh. I was a chief resident during my final year of residency. I received child and adolescent psychiatry training at the Johns Hopkins Hospital/University school of medicine. Apart from an appointment at the school of medicine at the Johns Hopkins University and a medical director at Catholic Charities, I run a small private practice. I run a free clinic for the uninsured and indigent at the community clinic at the Islamic Society of Baltimore in Catonsville, MD. I am a public speaker in the community at various mosques and churches. I have spoken at CME conferences too.

I offer a range of services including psychiatric evaluations, medication management and psychotherapy. I work collaboratively to provide personalized treatment plans tailored to your specific needs.
Insurance
I do not accept any insurance plans in my practice. I am glad to provide an invoice that can be submitted to insurance for your reimbursement.
